Terms and Conditions
Certain terms and conditions are specific to certain of our Services. We’ve broken those out below.
Home Sale Assured Offer
A Home Sale Assured Offer is based upon a valuation calculated using publicly-available information as well as proprietary valuation calculations. It typically takes into account hundreds of data sets related to your home and its location.
A Home Sale Assured Offer is not an appraisal. It reflects what Home Sale Assured is willing to pay for your home.
Selling to Home Sale Assured
A Home Sale Assured Offer is an offer to purchase your home. You will be eligible to receive an offer after you provide us with information about your home and (i) you are the owner or represent the owner of the home, (ii) the home is in one of our service areas, (iii) the home meets our current home-buying parameters, which may change from time to time for a given service area under our sole discretion, (iv) we have had an opportunity to assess your home and (v) you have paid the Home Sale Assured processing fee.
Home Sale Assured is not a Real Estate Broker
In the event that Home Sale Assured makes you an offer on your home, Home Sale Assured is not acting as your real estate agent or broker; nor does Home Sale Assured represent you in any capacity as a seller. Home Sale Assured is merely acting as a purchaser of real estate. As a seller, you have the right, and it is your responsibility, to independently evaluate and decide whether to accept the Home Sake Assured Offer.
Home Sale Assured Program Fee
The program fee helps cover the expenses Home Sale Assured incurs in buying and reselling your home, including holding costs like taxes, utilities, and maintenance. Program fees may vary.
Refund Policy
Home Sale Assured will refund 100% of the fees if we are unable to make an offer to purchase your home for any reason whatsoever.
